IP licensing, built on Robinhood Chain
License
internet IP.
Prove it onchain.
Pawthorize turns characters, artwork, photography, brands, and other creative assets into structured licenses that can be signed, paid for, issued, and verified on Robinhood Chain.
Launching with Pooch - the actual dev's actual dog.
How it works
Simple for creators.
Powerful for everyone.
- 01
Register IP & assets
Publish property metadata and versioned packs.
- 02
Offer a license
Define price, duration, and structured rights.
- 03
Buyer signs
Review, sign the agreement, and pay onchain.
- 04
Credential issued
A non-transferable License Credential is minted.
- 05
Asset delivered
Licensed files are delivered through gated access.
- 06
Verify anywhere
Anyone can verify status without private data.
The agreement, payment, credential, and asset manifest share one license ID.
Why onchain
Trust through transparency.
Tamper-evident
Agreement and asset hashes stay auditable forever.
Wallet-linked
Licensee identity is the controlling wallet.
Transparent settlement
Payments settle on Robinhood Chain.
Machine-readable
Structured rights travel with the credential.
Verifiable lifecycle
Issuance, renewal, suspension, and termination leave a trail.
Portable verification
Share a verify link without exposing private details.
The controlling legal agreement grants the rights. The blockchain credential records and verifies the agreement; possession of a token alone does not create unspecified intellectual-property rights.
The first live case study
Pawthorize's first customer is Pooch.
Pooch uses the product to register specific assets, publish licenses, accept USDG and POOCH, deliver assets, and provide verification — launching with the actual developer's actual dog.

- Suspension and termination must follow agreement terms.
Good questions
FAQ
Does the credential itself grant the license?
No. The signed agreement grants the rights. The credential records and verifies issuance and status.
Does the buyer own the underlying IP?
No. A license authorizes defined uses. It does not transfer the underlying IP unless an agreement expressly says so.
Can a license be transferred?
Credentials are non-transferable by default. Assignment or sublicensing follows the signed agreement.
What information is public?
Property, offer, wallet addresses, status, hashes, and structured rights summaries. Legal name, email, and private files stay private.
Why is the full agreement not public?
Agreements may contain private commercial terms. Public surfaces show hashes and summaries so integrity can be checked without exposing the full text.
What payment methods are supported?
Free claims, USDG, and POOCH where an offer enables them. Gas is paid by the user unless sponsorship is explicitly shown as active.
Is this an NFT marketplace?
No. Pawthorize is licensing infrastructure. Credentials are non-transferable records of licenses, not speculative collectibles.
Is Pawthorize affiliated with Robinhood?
Pawthorize and Pooch are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Robinhood Markets, Inc. or its affiliates unless expressly stated by an authorized party.
